5 stars? Really? This cookbook reads like it was originally written in a language other than English then incompletely translated. There are only 26 recipes and most of them are very brief with very little explanation. For example, one recipe has the following step "In a skillet add everything else and simmer. Set aside". Everything else includes 2 T minced garlic (is that teaspoons or tablespoons?), 2 eggs, and 1 T fresh parsley. I'm putting eggs in a skillet to simmer? Huh? And then it's set aside, and never mentioned again later in the recipe. Find another spiralizer cookbook - this one won't help you much.
